Payment Terms
Payment for the trial is required on the day of the trial. After the successful trial a 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Deposits are non-refundable and the balance is due on the day. Cheques, bank transfers or cash are accepted. Cheques made payable to "Georgie Frodsham"
When it is necessary for me to travel to locations greater than 25 miles away, a charge of 40p per additional mile will be levied to cover my travel expenses.
Cancellation Terms
In the unlikely event that I will not be able to attend, I will endeavour to find you a replacement artist. If this is not possible, a full refund will be given. Should you need to cancel, please inform me as soon as possible, as a cancellation fee may be incurred.
